This data is collected through Wix Analytics and is not linked to your identity. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interests for essential analytics, and consent for non-essential cookies as set out in our cookie policy.

When we work with you as a client, we collect and process personal data as set out in the Data Processing Agreement we sign before work begins.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit permission.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of third-party tools to run the business, including Wix for website hosting and tools for scheduling and communication. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with any other party unless required to do so by law.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry and contact data is kept for two years from the date of last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client data is retained for the duration of the contract and for six years afterwards, in line with standard business record-keeping requirements.

Where your data is stored

Our website is hosted by Wix, which stores data on servers in the United States. Wix operates under standard contractual clauses, which provide appropriate safeguards for international data transfers under UK GDPR.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct any inaccuracies, to request deletion, to restrict how we use it, to object to our processing, and to request a portable copy of your data.
