This website provides information about Yarra One and the reporting systems we build. It is intended for organisations and individuals considering working with us. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or contract.

Our service

If you choose to work with Yarra One, the terms governing that relationship are set out in two separate documents provided at the point of purchase: a service level agreement covering what we build, how we work and what you can expect from us, and a data processing agreement covering how we handle any personal data processed as part of your reporting system. Both documents must be agreed before any work begins. These website terms and conditions do not form part of that commercial relationship.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, illustrations, the Yarra One name and mark, is owned by or licensed to Yarra 1 Consultancy Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this site without our written permission, except where you are sharing a link to the site itself.

For the avoidance of doubt: the intellectual property arrangements that apply to any reporting system we build for you are set out in your service level agreement. Your content, your data and your finished report are always yours.
